Version 103 of the Datacenter Automation Utilities PowerPack addresses an issue that was causing errors due to unsupported characters.

Before You Install or Upgrade
Ensure that you are running version 8.10.0 or later of SL1 before installing "Datacenter Automation Utilities" PowerPack version 103.

Installation and Upgrade Process
To install this PowerPack:
- Search for and download the PowerPack from the PowerPacks page (Product Downloads > PowerPacks & SyncPacks) at the ScienceLogic Support Site.
- In SL1, go to the PowerPacks page (System > Manage > PowerPacks).
- Click the Actions menu and choose Import PowerPack. The Import PowerPack modal appears.
- Click PowerPack file from step 1. and navigate to the
- Select the PowerPack file and click . The PowerPack Installer modal displays a list of the PowerPack contents.

Enhancements and Issues Addressed
The following enhancements and addressed issues are included in version 103 of the "Datacenter Automation Utilities" PowerPack:
- An issue was addressed that was causing a "utf8 codec can't decode byte" error when the "Datacenter Automation: Format Output for ServiceNow Scoped" automation action snippet encountered device data with special characters. With this change, non-supported characters will be skipped and a blank space will be used in their place instead.
