Version 105 of the "Cisco: UCS" PowerPack was updated for Python 3.6 compatibility.

Before You Install or Upgrade
Ensure that you are running version 12.3.1 or later of SL1 before installing the "Cisco: UCS" PowerPack.

Installation or Upgrade Process
To install version 105 of the "Cisco: UCS" PowerPack, perform the following steps:
By default, installing a new version of a PowerPack will overwrite all content in that PowerPack that has already been installed on the target system. You can use the Enable Selective PowerPack Field Protection setting in the Behavior Settings page (System > Settings > Behavior) to prevent the new version of the PowerPack from overwriting local changes for some commonly customized fields.
To install this PowerPack:
- Familiarize yourself with the Known Issues for this release.
- See the Before You Install or Upgrade section. If you have not done so already, upgrade your system to the 12.3.1 or later release.
- Download the "Cisco: UCS" version 105 PowerPack from the Support Site to a local computer.
- Go to the PowerPack Manager page (System > Manage > PowerPacks). Click the menu and choose Import PowerPack. When prompted, import "Cisco: UCS" version 105.

- Dynamic Applications that enable SL1 to discover, model, and monitor Cisco UCS Manager devices
- Event Policies that are triggered when Cisco UCS Manager component devices meet certain status criteria
- Device Classes for each type of Cisco UCS Manager component device monitored
- A sample Credential for discovering Cisco UCS Manager component devices
Enhancements and Issues Addressed
The following enhancements and addressed issues are included in this release:
- Updated the PowerPack for Python 3.6 compatibility.
- Addressed an issue that caused collections to generate events for XML/XSLT exception None Type.
