ServiceNow Base Pack SL1 Dashboards, version 102

"ServiceNow Base Pack SL1 Dashboards PowerPack" version 102 is the initial version of the PowerPack. This release includes Dashboards that present graphical representations of the configuration data and performance metrics that are collected for ServiceNow devices by the ServiceNow Base Pack PowerPack.

NOTE: These dashboards are intended for use only in the new SL1 user interface and will not load in the classic ScienceLogic platform user interface.

  • Minimum Required Widget Components Version: 2.185.0-hotfix.3
  • Minimum Required ServiceNow Base PackPowerPack Version: 103

Before You Install or Upgrade

Before installing the ServiceNow Base Pack SL1 Dashboards PowerPack PowerPack version 102, you must first ensure that you are running version 8.12.1 or later of SL1, AP2 version 5.155.0-hotfix.8 or later, and Widget Components version 2.185.0-hotfix.3 or later.

NOTE: For details on upgrading SL1, see the appropriate SL1 Release Notes.

You must also import and install the ServiceNow Base Pack PowerPack version 103 or later before installing this PowerPack.

Installation Process

To install this PowerPack:

  1. Search for and download the PowerPack from the PowerPacks page (Product Downloads > PowerPacks & SyncPacks) at the ScienceLogic Support Site.
  2. In SL1, go to the PowerPacks page (System > Manage > PowerPacks).
  3. Click the Actions menu and choose Import PowerPack. The Import PowerPack modal appears.
  4. Click Browse and navigate to the PowerPack file from step 1.
  5. Select the PowerPack file and click Import. The PowerPack Installer modal displays a list of the PowerPack contents.
  6. Click Install. The PowerPack is added to the PowerPack Manager page.

You must also import and install the ServiceNow Base Pack PowerPack version 103 or later before installing this PowerPack.
