PowerPack Product Documentation

PowerPacks

A PowerPack is an exportable and importable package of one or more Dynamic Applications, device classes, device templates, event policies, dashboards, run book policies, and/or business service policies. You can use PowerPacks to share customized content among Skylar One systems and to download customized content from ScienceLogic.

For more information about PowerPacks, see Introduction to PowerPacks.

The following pages contain documentation for the different type of PowerPacks and applications related to PowerPacks:

  • The Monitoring PowerPacks page lists the release notes and manuals for all of the PowerPacks that you can use with Skylar One to monitor third-party applications.

  • The Automation PowerPacks page contains the documentation for Automation PowerPacks. These custom PowerPacks work with the "Datacenter Automation" PowerPacks to collect additional diagnostic information when events occur and to provide instructions on how to troubleshoot issues.

  • The Skylar One Studio PowerPacks page contains documentation for the Skylar One Studio, a set of applications that you can use to extend the Skylar One platform for new technology and data synchronization. The Skylar One Studio includes products like the low-code toolkit PowerPacks and the Dynamic Application Builder.

  • The Skylar One Supplemental PowerPacks page contains documentation for PowerPacksthat you can use to supplement the built-in functionality of Skylar One.
